The Tropical Spice Sour takes the lush flavor of pineapple rum, pairs it with the bold kick of our Tropical Spice Mix, and balances it all with fresh lime and a frothy egg white finish thanks to our organic frothing agent made from quillaia bark, which allows you to create delicious frothy cocktails without the use of raw egg whites.
It’s bright, silky, and full of island warmth — perfect for when you want a sour that feels a little exotic and a lot elevated.
Ingredients:

2 oz Pineapple Rum

1 oz Lime Juice

Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel
Instructions:

Add pineapple rum, Tropical Spice Mix and lime juice, to a shaker tin.

Dry shake (without ice) for 10–15 seconds to build a rich froth.

Add ice, then shake again until chilled.

Strain into your favorite glass.

Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
