Peach H.O.P.E. Bellini Mocktail
We're taking one of our favorite brunch cocktails, and making it a mocktail. This Peach Bellini features our non-alcoholic H.O.P.E Mixer, which adds a sweet, fruity and floral flavor virtually ANY combination (alcohol not needed).
Ingredients:
Half a Fresh Peach
1-1.5oz H.O.P.E Mixer
Sparkling Water
Glass Type:
Champagne Flute
Method:

Muddle about half of a fresh peeled peach in a shaker or muddling glass

Add 1-1.5oz of H.O.P.E. into muddling glass then muddle a little bit more
- Transfer muddled peach mix to champagne flute
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with a fresh peach slice
