2 oz Bourbon

1/2 oz Fig-Balsamic Reduction (see below)

Ice

Garnish: Fresh fig slice + rosemary sprig
Fig-Balsamic Reduction

3 ripe figs, chopped

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
Add figs and balsamic vinegar to a saucepan over medium-low heat. Simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring until thick and syrupy. Mash figs as they soften, then strain through a fine mesh sieve. Let cool and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Add bourbon, Elevated Mixers Old Fashioned Mix, and fig-balsamic reduction to a mixing glass with ice.

Stir until chilled, about 20–30 seconds.
