Irish Whiskey Old Fashioned

This isn’t your typical Old Fashioned, and that’s exactly the point. The Irish Whiskey Old Fashioned blends smooth, toasty Irish whiskey with our bold Elevated Mixers Old Fashioned Mix, a splash of rich stout, and a luxurious foam topper for a cocktail that’s both classic and completely reimagined.

Perfect for sipping fireside, celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, or impressing your guests with something unexpected, this cocktail is layered, velvety, and full of character.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey (Jameson Black Barrel recommended)

• 0.5 oz Elevated Mixers Old Fashioned Mix

• 1 oz Irish Stout (like Guinness)

• 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters (optional)

• Garnish: Orange Wheel

Instructions:

1. Pour 1 oz of stout into a small cup and froth using a milk frother until thick and creamy

2. In a mixing glass, combine Irish whiskey, Old Fashioned Mix, and bitters (if using) with ice

3. Stir until well chilled

4. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube

5. Spoon the stout foam on top

6. Garnish with an orange wheel and serve
