Blueberry Mint Smash
Elevated Mixers Blueberry Mint Smash
- Add handful of blueberries (~8) to empty cocktail shaker
- Measure and pour 1 1/2 oz of Elevated Mixers Classic Sour into shaker
- Muddle blueberries with Classic Sour until color changes and all berries are smashed
- Measure and pour 2 oz of Preferred Spirit; we recommend Bourbon, Rum (Silver/White), Gin or Vodka
- Optional Step: Dry shake, for extra-frothy cocktail (shake without ice)
- Add ice to cocktail shaker
- Before shaking, prepare glass: Take highball, smack (to express essential oils) and add handful of mint (5-7 leaves) to bottom of highball, add ice to highball
- Shake and strain (with a mesh strainer) the contents of cocktail shaker into prepared glass
- Top with Preferred Soda; we recommend Club Soda, Ginger Ale or a Lemon-Lime Soda.
- Garnish with some blueberries and a mint sprig
